Greater efficiency of training processes
INTEGRATED TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR TRAINING ENTITIES
Quidgest’s Integrated Training Management System for Training Entities aims to help internal stakeholders provide up-to-date training to ensure that the latest information and the required skill set are correctly disseminated across organizations.
SHARING INFORMATION FOR ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH
Knowledge is one of the most important assets of an organization. However, it is often closed in silos – only a few people have access to the information or the skills to help the company thrive. Therefore, it is vital that knowledge is spread throughout the employees.
But for this knowledge to be transmitted effectively, it is fundamental that it is done by certified training entities. The certification of these entities depends a lot on them having structures with human resources, facilities, and suitable equipment.
Having a mission to provide a service of excellence, based on the dynamization and transmission of skills recognized as essential by the trainees, these entities should be able to respond to challenges.
To support training entities, Quidgest developed the Integrated Training Management System
