Q-Day 2019: “The New Spring of Artificial Intelligence and models”

On September 18, another edition of the Q-Day Conference will take place. The 11th annual conference on strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, decision-making and internationalization, hosted by Quidgest, is centered on “The New Spring of Artificial Intelligence and models” and will be held once again at Culturgest in Lisbon.

Is Artificial Intelligence (AI) entering a new spring? Throughout its history, AI has experienced periods of euphoria, followed by phases of “cooling”. These are the so-called “AI Winters” in which both the funding of projects related to this science and the interest in their research decrease significantly. However, in recent years there has been a whole new hype around AI, materialized in more investment more resources and younger talents directed at this domain. We are watching AI in its Spring phase.

With software reflecting and keeping pace with the new awakening of AI, companies looking to differentiate themselves must keep up with this evolution.
