NAOS, Loss Adjustment Agency Lda., started its activity in 2014 in Lisbon. The company provides services in the area of loss adjustment of multi-risk claims in national territory, including the Madeira and Azores archipelagos.

After the implementation of Quidgest’s Expert Process Management System, NAOS claims to have managed to reduce its operational costs by more than 50%.

CHALLENGE

As a recent project, NAOS needed software for managing the loss adjustment processes and encourage the optimization of procedures. In addition, the company intended to implement a system that managed to communicate and respond in real time.

SOLUTION

The solution developed by Quidgest allows the management of the whole loss adjustment process and the associated documentation, from the initial application to the end of the process and respective billing, as well as the automatic creation of support documentation for communicating with insurers and a more agile control of the processes terms.

RESULTS

At the level of information management, the system allowed a better exchange of information and greater communication between the services, through a single database. Average worker productivity increased through the simplification of information processing, faster execution of operations, efficient data entry, error reduction and process automation.
