Quidgest and Saphety celebrate partnership
Quidgest and Saphety prepared a joint offer to respond to the legal requirements made by the public administration for dematerializing invoicing processes, until the end of 2018.
Entities and companies have been lately urged by administrations to dematerialize their invoicing processes with the end of 2018 as a deadline. Quidgest and Saphety shared their efforts to respond to this legal requirement.
As a result, Quidgest’s ERP system (SINGAP) – leader in public administration – can be now combined with the public tendering portal Saphety Gov and its e-invoicing module, Saphety Doc. The modules that are now compatible are public accountability (SNC AP) and document management.
The public sector can benefit from a new integrated management solution that is fully developed by the Portuguese software engineering. It is based in the most recent web, cloud and mobility technologies. This could be complementary or alternative to the solutions that institutions are currently using or that need to be updated.
This partnership also aims to develop business in other areas of expertise, especially in solutions for GDPR compliance, business management and internationalization in countries and regions where the partner companies already have (or will have) projects, partners of offices.
On February 27, Saphety will hold an important event on “e-invoicing in the public administration” at the Lisbon Congress Center. Quidgest was invited and will have a special participation.
