Available Positions

As an intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamics of consulting for management software systems while actively participating in the lifecycle of our cutting-edge products. This dual-focus role is crafted to give you a holistic view of how strategic software solutions drive business success and product excellence.

How will you make an impact?

  • Assist in the daily operations of Consultancy Teams to grasp client requirements and business processes;
  • Research the market to identify opportunities and challenges, and turn findings into practical challenges;
  • Evaluate product performance and client feedback, using data-driven insights to propose enhancements or new features that will increase client satisfaction and product market fit;
  • Contribute to the preparation and organization of functional documentation, helping structure and clarify how systems operate;
  • Analyze incidents and support requests, working alongside the team to identify root causes and assist in proposing solutions;
  • Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to product development efforts;
  • Work on national and international projects that digitally transform our clients;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Who thrives in this role

  • Attending a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree (preferably in the 2nd and 3rd year) in Management (preferably) or similar.
  • Ability to come to our office in Lisbon, 5 days a week (full-time at the office mandatory);

  • Analyze and interpret data to guide AI-driven decision-making processes;
  • Develop new features and patterns in Genio platform that are reusable company-wide;
  • Work collaboratively with a team of software engineers, analysts, and designers to develop and maintain software applications and systems;
  • Contribute to projects that digitally transform our clients worldwide.

Who thrives in this role:

  • Attending a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree (preferably in the 2nd and 3rd year), or technical-professional courses in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • Ability to come to our office in Lisbon, 5 days a week (full-time at the office mandatory);
  • Awareness of the impact of Generative AI on software development and eagerness to disrupt the market with innovative products based on it;
  • Knowledge in C# or Java, JavaScript and SQL (would be a plus);
