  • Deliver presentations and app demonstrations of HR administration solutions to clients;
  • Responsible for the support of the day-to-day administration of medium to large-sized multiple clients’: Payrolls, Time and Attendance, Travelling and Claims and HR administration;
  • Carry out payroll and other administrative HR reconciliations and analysis, as well as technical inquiries for clients, with no supervision;
  • Design, Test, and document, together with the technical team, the changes required in the HR administrative solutions (manuals);
  • Deliver training sessions;
  • Provide consulting services, project management, and quality management.


  • Professional experience of up to 3 years in one or more of these areas:
    – Payroll – internally or for external clients;
    – Administrative HR and Legislation;
    – Time and attendance;
    – Travelling and Claims;
    – Implementation of HR Administrative solutions.
  • Demonstrates up-to-date knowledge of current payroll legislation and is confident in using payroll software;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and good level of English;
  • Interest in international projects and availability to travel (if needed);
  • Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Management, Financial/Accounting or Economics, ideally. Alternatively, proven past work experience in the field area of Payroll/HR administration using Information systems.
