We provide IT consulting services with customized software development to meet our clients’ needs. Whether we do native apps, cloud apps or mobile apps using ASP.NET MVC, Android or other technology our goal is the same: Get our clients up and running their HR processes based on software solutions.


Not only you know a lot about HR Consulting but you also love doing it!
You have up to 3 years of experience in one of these fields:

  • HR transformation projects;
  • Recruitment and selection;
  • Training & Development;
  • Performance Appraisal;
  • HRIS;
  • Change Management;
  • Human Capital Management;
  • Payroll / Administrative HR;

You are fluent in Portuguese and English (and Spanish, preferably).
You would like to work in International Projects (yes we want you to travel for free!)
Ideally, you have a BSc or MSc in one of these areas: Human Resources, Management or Organizational Psychology.


  • Deliver presentations and app demonstrations to clients.
  • Manage all the life cycle of HR apps from:
      • Business process reengineering and HR Transformation.
      • Establishing the app’s main features and system specifications.
      • Usability and Testing.
  • Deliver training sessions.
  • Provide consulting services, project management, quality management.
