Responsibilities and main activities:

  • Create AI agents to analyze large volumes of data to extract actionable perspectives and optimize AI-driven decision-making.
  • Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to enhance business efficiency.
  • Improve the hybrid generative AI platform by integrating AI and Machine Learning capabilities.
  • Leverage Generative AI to enhance automation in software development.
  • Optimize the AI components within the hybrid generative AI platform to improve model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, and business analysts) to integrate AI-driven solutions into the Genio ecosystem.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices in AI model deployment and lifecycle management.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5 years of work experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience in C# (preferred)
  • Experience with AI-driven automation in software development (preferred)
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles to collaborate on the hybrid generative AI platform’s AI components
  • Ability to bridge AI models with real-world business applications
  • Knowledge about AI ethics, bias mitigation, and model interpretability as a plus
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities
  • Interest in international projects and availability to travel (if needed)

  • Protect sensitive data by implementing cybersecurity best practices.
  • Develop and enforce robust security policies to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits and implement security controls.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents to minimize impact.
  • Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to strengthen security architecture.
  • Staying up to date with emerging threats and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (mandatory).
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and security compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity threat detection, prevention, and incident response.
  • Proficiency in security monitoring tools, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and access control.
  • Experience in cloud security best practices (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of forensic analysis and penetration testing techniques.
  • Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) are a plus.
  • Good level of English.

  • Develop AI agents to create technical content to ensure a quick understanding of the hybrid generative AI platform and associated technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Keeping users updated with the latest innovations, features, and system updates.
  • Take the lead in supporting our systems by efficiently managing user inquiries, resolving workflow challenges, and performing essential System Administrator tasks;
  • Drive the entire lifecycle of the apps, including business process reengineering and transformation, establishing key features and system specifications, and overseeing usability and testing;
  • Collaborating with developers and product managers to enhance documentation and training materials.
  • Conducting knowledge-sharing sessions and internal training for employees and clients.
  • Staying up to date with best practices in technical documentation, AI, and knowledge engineering.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field (mandatory).
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory).
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
  • Experience with knowledge base platforms, documentation tools, and e-learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or software development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. Create AI Agents to automate the Development:

    • Facilitate the automation of development and deployment processes, ensuring efficiency and fluency from continuous integration to continuous delivery (CI/CD).
    • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software releases.
    • Work closely with software developers to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions into development workflows.

2. Software Deployment and Performance Optimization:

    • Implement and maintain automated deployment strategies to improve software release cycles.
    • Optimize performance and scalability of development and testing environments.
    • Ensure efficient integration between development, testing, and production environments.
    • Leverage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to streamline deployment and scalability.

3. Monitoring, Security, and Compliance:

    • Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to support software stability.
    • Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments to safeguard development environments.
    • Ensure compliance with software engineering best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (mandatory).
  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Development Process Automation, or related roles.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management using GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of cloud services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for software development.

Responsibilities and main activities:

1. Develop AI Agents for the Test Strategy & Execution:

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure the reliability and performance of the hybrid generative AI platform.
  • Work closely with developers to define acceptance criteria and integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
  • Implement lean methodologies and poka-yoke techniques to optimize processes and reduce errors.

2. Automation & Continuous Integration:

  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts using the appropriate tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman for API testing).
  • Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to integrate automation practices into existing workflows.

3. Monitoring & Quality Improvement:

  • Monitor quality metrics such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) to ensure system reliability.
  • Conduct quality audits and regression testing to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate defects and failures, providing detailed reports and recommendations for mitigation.
  • Implement and optimize monitoring and logging systems to guarantee infrastructure and application stability.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge about lean methodologies and poka-yoke techniques applied to software development and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, including network and virtualization management.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash for test automation.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging systems to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Certifications in ISTQB, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
