OBSERVATORY 2026-2027

AI, autonomous agents and organizational impact

Quidgest observatory on AI, autonomous agents and organizational impact

Artificial intelligence is moving beyond its role as a support tool and is increasingly being integrated into critical organizational processes, decisions, and operations.

The 2026–2027 edition of the Quidgest Observatory aims to help understand this transition and, above all, to examine how it is being implemented in practice, across different countries, sectors, and regulatory contexts.

This Observatory analyzes how people and organizations around the world are dealing with increasingly autonomous digital systems (including AI agents), in a landscape shaped by rapid technological change, growing regulatory pressure, and rising concerns around interoperability, security, sovereignty, and real business impact.

  • How is AI being governed?
  • Who assumes responsibility when failures or errors occur?
  • To what extent are these technologies generating concrete value in the day-to-day operations of organizations?

Your contribution to these and other questions is essential to build a realistic, useful, and comparable global view of digital transformation.

Participation is anonymous and open to individuals and organizations from any country. The questionnaire takes less than 10 minutes to complete and will remain open until 31 March 2026. Results will be presented by the end of the first half of the year.
