In this Trainee Programme, one year counts as three!
This journey is designed to fast-track the growth of the next generation of product leaders — without skipping the essentials. Over 11 months, you’ll have dedicated mentorship, clear goals, and challenging projects that give you an edge over traditional career paths.
The program is divided into two stages, ensuring you gain a strategic view of the product lifecycle and develop autonomy early on
At the end of the program, if your evaluation is positive, you’ll move on to a permanent position as a Growth Product Manager.

✅ Final-year students or recent graduates in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Product Design, or related fields.
✅ Fluent communication in English.
✅ Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a genuine drive to grow fast.
✅ Motivation to see your decisions quickly turn into real value for people and organizations.
✅ Bonus points for experience in projects, hackathons, or student associations — and for basic data skills in Excel or SQL.
